Julian Tedstone

Managing Director

Julian has 18 years experience across multiple verticals. Ranging from life sciences, FMCG, tech to commerce, Julian has grown the agency’s footprint through empowering his clients, and being available to them every step of the way. This ethos is ingrained in the whole team, ensuring everyone at Coherence is as committed to the project as the client.

Joakim Everstin

Technology Director

A developer at heart, Joakim is motivated by a curiosity of the unknown and a desire to use technology to extend human capability.  This has been the driving force behind some of his biggest achievements working almost all aspects of technology over the past 25+ years. Quoted in many influential publications – including The Economist, Wired, The Times and Tech Radar – Joakim has often been described as “a leading tech thinker” by experts in technology.

Darren Coomber

Production Director

Darren has worked as Coherence’s design lead since 2008. He’s an expert in creative development and user centred design, with strong technical knowledge and product development experience. He’s overseen many large web projects for clients including Close Brothers, Kineo, National Numeracy, Remploy, eCourier and London Business School.

James Leigh

Delivery Director

James has experience delivering international, award winning digital products for clients including BT, Pfizer, Vhi and Sainsbury's through a passion for process and a commitment to collaboration. Earlier this year he was recognised as one of the 100 people shaping the British digital industry by BIMA, the UK's biggest largest digital and tech community and sits on the board of trustees for a health charity advising on governance, risk and process.

Rachel Smith

Director

Rachel has years of experience running digital teams for large network agencies with global clients and demanding multi-strand delivery programmes. A veteran at setting up teams and processes, nurturing client relationships and delivering on promises; Rachel brings a clear sense of purpose and determination on behalf of her clients.
